Position Summary

Organizes, plans, and conducts periodic reviews of bank and subsidiary activities. This position assesses the internal controls, operations, and administrative functions for efficiency and effectiveness. Reviews and monitors policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations and our corporate compliance program. 

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree Required.
 
Minimum of 6-10 years of directly related experience. Examination experience with a banking regulatory agency and/or CRCM preferred.
 
Position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently. 
 
Strong computer skills i.e. Excel-advanced skill level; Word, PowerPoint as well as experience with industry related systems/software are a must. 
 
 The ideal candidate will also possess sound organizational skills and attention to detail. 
 
Solid communication skills, both oral and written are necessary.
