Joy Roberts is president of Hester Capital Management, overseeing the day to day operations of the firm. She also serves as the chief compliance officer, overseeing and managing compliance issues ensuring that HCM complies with regulatory requirements. Roberts has over 30 years of experience in trust and investment management. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM, a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, and an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professionalsm, she earned her BBA from the University of Houston. Roberts is a member and past president of the Austin Chapter of the Financial Planning Association, a member of the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas and a member and past president of the Austin Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
