With more than 35 years in the financial services industry, De Pierce is an original member of the PlainsCapital executive team, joining the company in 1988 as executive vice president for finance and administration for Plains National Bank, Lubbock. He graduated from University of Texas Arlington with an accounting degree. Pierce serves on the boards of the Lubbock Symphony, the Lubbock Independent School District Foundation for Excellence and is a member of the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, the President's Council of Texas Tech University and the Texas Tech Raider Club.
