George McCleskey

McCleskey joined PlainsCapital in 2000 bringing 34 years of legal experience to the company. He was appointed chairman of the Texas Board of Health by Governor Rick Perry in 2001. He is a member of the Texas Hospital Association, Texas Bar Association, Lubbock County Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas Foundation. He serves on the boards of the Covenant Hospital Foundation, the National Kidney Foundation of West Texas, and the American Heart Association, Lubbock. McCleskey graduated from North Texas State University and Baylor Law School.
