For employees without bank accounts in the United States, we offer Payroll Card services to keep funds safe, secure, and available wherever Visa® is accepted.

Collecting Customer Payments

Forecasting cash flow can be tricky. It's even more challenging when you're waiting for your customers’ checks to arrive. Our ACH Module eliminates the wait by offering direct debit to your customers. Whether you setup a one time or recurring debit, you know exactly when your cash will arrive. Cash Concentration

While PlainsCapital Bank has many locations across Texas, we may not be everywhere you are. If that's the case, you can still take advantage of our all of our services using Cash Concentration. Enter your local bank information in our ACH Module, get your daily deposit totals from your local managers and put those dollars to work the next day. We'll electronically debit the local bank account and credit your account at PlainsCapital.

Vendor Payments or Expense Reimbursements

You can pay vendors with ACH, too. All you need is their bank account information. And, if your employees work remotely, it's easy to reimburse their expenses with an electronic deposit.

Already create ACH files in house?

No problem. We have solutions for securely receiving your balanced or unbalanced NACHA files. If you are a high volume user, we can create a return exception file to help you automate your Return and Notification of Change process as well.
