Designated "supervisors" can now add and or remove Internet Banking users, change user access levels and grant user access to accounts. Each time a supervisor adds a new user, they can also create a Login ID for that user. Note: PlainsCapital Bank is not liable for users or their access levels and functions.
You can now import a NACHA-formatted ACH file that is not balanced. In Internet Banking, you can choose which account to use to create an offsetting entry to make the file a balanced file.
You can now designate a specific dollar amount that will require dual approval for ACH or wire transfer transactions. For example, if you designate a daily limit of $100 for dual approval, then any transaction created that exceeds that dollar amount will require two users' approval. Both users will need approval rights before they can approve transactions using the dual approval process. This option is available at the company level and will be provided upon request.

For your safety, your Internet Banking session will now expire after 30 minutes. If you are creating a wire transfer or ACH transaction when your session expires, any information you entered will be saved. When your session expires, you will be prompted to re-enter your password and then you will return to the last screen where you entered information.
