Below is a listing of cities where branch hours are affected by icy road conditions. All other cities are open for business as usual. Personal Teller Machines in all markets (at select branch locations) are available for live teller services.

All Dallas & Fort Worth branches will be closed.
AUSTIN
All Austin branches will be closed.
LUBBOCK
All Lubbock branches will delay opening until 11 a.m. and close at 4 p.m.
HOUSTON
All Houston branches will delay opening until 10 a.m.
SAN ANTONIO
All San Antonio branches will delay opening until 10 a.m.
