PlainsCapital Bank Welcomes Dick Sadka as Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager

DALLAS (Sept. 24, 2026) – PlainsCapital Bank is pleased to announce that Dick Sadka has joined the Bank as Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager, serving commercial banking clients throughout the Houston market. He will be based at PlainsCapital’s Richmond Avenue banking center, located at 2925 Richmond Ave.

Sadka brings more than 40 years of banking experience spanning commercial banking, treasury services, portfolio management, and business development. Prior to joining PlainsCapital in August 2026, Sadka served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending and Treasury Management at Cadence Bank, where he spent more than 11 years. Earlier in his career, he held relationship management roles with Moody National Bank, Texas State Bank, Comerica Bank, and Bank of America.

Sadka earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi. He also completed the Bank Administration Institute’s (BAI) Bank Operations program through the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
