As Dallas region chairman, Mr. Raindl oversees day-to-day operations at all PlainsCapital Bank Dallas locations—including administration, organizational structure, operating budgets—and cultivates new deposit and loan relationships focusing on middle-market commercial businesses, commercial real estate, and private banking.
